We completely understand that things happen and sometimes you need to move or cancel your appointment. In a effort to protect our stylists and be respectful of their time our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations/ rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 25% of the booked service price. Cancellations/ rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service price. No shows will be charged 75% of the booked service price.
